High Kirk Playgroup promotes healthy living through a healthy break and physical activity. To support this ethos High Kirk Playgroup participated in Sainsbury’s Little Chef Cooking Activity. The aim is to promote healthy eating and nurture children’s interest in preparing and cooking healthy foods.
